For orders under 500 grs, you will be given the option of regular registered mail.
PLEASE NOTE: registered mail does NOT come with track & trace options. If you want track & trace to follow your order, please choose the appropriate option when presented with the shipping options.
As a rule, registered mail costs € 7.70 within Europe and € 10,45 and is an option only for shipments up to 500 grs.
- Payment options include Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. In the near future we will also start offering direct credit card payments.
- Email us for check/money order and wire transfer options @ info@promakeupstore.com . Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment is completed.

- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days or 48 hrs after the order is received.
- Products not in stock will be placed on back order and are shipped as soon as they are back in stock. You will be notified by email whenever a product isn't in stock.
- We do not accept returns on opened products. If a product is damaged in shipping it will be exchanged for the same product only.
If delivery is refused or unopened packages are returned, we will refund your payment minus the shipping charges.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we made an error in shipping. - Customers with a European VAT # have the option to choose a business account, and use the 0% tax option.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any additional charges and import duties to be paid upon arrival of the order.
Our shipping charge does NOT include these fees. PROMAKEUPSTORE does not collect these duties and taxes and cannot determine what they will be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered before your package can clear customs. ProMakeupStore will not reimburse shipping charges if the customer refuses to pay these duties.
